Coco's Quest
Written By Holly

Chapter 1

Once in an abandoned city lived a hero in the shape of a chinchilla, his name was Coco.
When Coco was born, he was given a Quest by King Stumpy who was Lord of All. Coco's Quest is to find the three lost Jewels. The fist Jewel is a rich food of the chinchilla gods. The second Jewel is many tiny crystals. The last and most important of all is still a Mystery. Just two weeks after his 7th birthday Coco will have to leave for his Quest. Coco will have to be ready for what you will have to see and do otherwise it's all over.

Chapter 2

Coco began his long journey to the Allihcnihc Gardens. It took him 3 weeks, but he found it, the rare Desanium plant. It's leaves are as poisonous as the devil himself. But the flowers are as sweet as a nut and they have magic healing and strength powers. Coco was weak because he hadn't eaten in 3 weeks. So he picked up a flower and ate 1 petal and he was strong again.

Chapter 3

At the dead of night Coco set out to the crystal desert and he saw a baby meerkat out in the open. So he picked her up and set out of a den. Well he always was a push over when it comes to kid's. He set out and he got there in no time because he is so fast. When Coco got there the meerkats were so grateful they gave Coco a map to the crystals and let him stay the night in their den. In the morning Coco set out early for his 8 day journey to crystals. When he got there they were one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen and for each crystal you get one wish so he put 102 crystals

Chapter 4

King Stumpy had written Coco a note

Dear Coco,

To find the last jewel you must follow your heart and you will find what you want, so go in a different direction you will find what you want.

Yours sincerely, King Stumpy.

Having read the letter he knew what to do and he did it.
When Coco had found thirty-two jewels he was stuck and he had no clue where to start, so he looked in his bag to see if they have any clues.

"Well I was born in the south, the desanium flower was in the north, the crystals were in the east, so that means the last jewel is in the west."

So he walked west until he saw the river Kika. So Coco got some leaves, sticks and twigs and made a boat. So, Coco was riding down river Kika when a storm hit and Coco's boat toppled over which is a bad thing, because a chinchillas can't get wet. So there he is, our hero drowning when a meerkat, that happened to be the goddess Smokey Joe lifts him up, dries him and puts him in a stronger boat.

Coco sailed down the river Kika until he saw the airport. He jumped off his bout and headed for the luggage cart and when he got on the plane it took off. In the middle of the flight, the luggage compartment and 2 engines exploded and Coco went flying through the air and he landed on a telephone wire. Coco fell through air and landed on the floor once again.
The Goddess Smokey Joe saved Coco's life by telling him to eat 2 desanium petals and he was healthy and strong.

Chapter 5

Coco had landed in front of an old abandoned pet shop that was guarded by a giant dog crossed with a dragon, a dogon. So Coco reached in to his bag and took out a crystal and wished that the dogon was a gold fish. It turned in to a fish. Coco went in and climbed down the stairs and he saw the most beautiful thing that he had ever seen. It was the lost princess Tara and her daughters Hershe and Bager. It was love at first sight for Coco and Tara so he took out a crystal from his bag and wished that he was home again.

As soon as Coco got back his mum was the first to see him and give him a big hug. Coco took Tara and the girls to King Stumpy and he jumped off his throne with excitement and joy.

King Stumpy said, "You did it my boy, you did it, you found it, you got the jewels, you got the jewels.
You must get married."

"Ok," said Tara
